Shipping Policy

The shipping charge to all valid addresses is calculated based on the item after the order is confirmed. No guarantee on delivery dates, as they are estimated by the specific carrier and are subject to change.

We ship via UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post within Canada and the estimated delivery time is 3-9 business days.
UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping to the United States

We ship via all major carriers in the U.S.A., including USPS. The estimated delivery time is 3-9 days and is subject to change by the carriers. We do not ship to U.S. Post Office boxes or Army Post Office (APO) addresses.

Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable to a U.S. address. Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate.

Refund and Return Policy

You can email us, if an item is defective, damaged, or if it is the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and ask to ship it back. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received in.  Replacements made in possible cases. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items. 

Custom Orders Policy

50% commission upfront is mandatory after the final decision has been made to order. 50% fee remaining after the work is completed and got approval with digital images. Shipping will be made only after 100% of the fees are paid.

No refunds when canceled after plans were made.
